• Responsible for marking purchasing plan according to the company business target and production plan
• Responsible for drafting bid document quotation comparison and analysis material quality and schedule management
• Responsible for organizing supplier development selection evaluation development and management establishing supplier.
• Responsible for supplier development of all kinds of machines standard parts and electrical appliances.
• Keep the track of market price and quality to improve product quality and reduce purchasing cost.
• Examine the levels of raw materials and supplies to determine shortages.
• Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory.
• Evaluating new inventory, ensuring it’s ready to ship.
• Properly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies.
• Develop logistical capabilities in order to avoid shortages or wastage or manage crisis.
• Ensure checking all incoming shipments for accuracy against proper quantity, price and quality.
• Full management of operating budget and monitors expenditures.
